What are payment options?

We have following payment options,

Any Discount if I choose prepaid online payment option.

Yes, Trend In Need support Digital India. So we give discount to our customers doing online prepaid payment. Get 2% Discount on choosing prepaid payment option. You can check discount at the time of placing order.

Is COD available?

Yes,  COD is available. Customers need to login & Register with us.   Then they can get their COD activated. For COD facility contact our help line number and request for COD activation. COD facility get approved within 24 hours.

Any Additional charge for COD?

We Charge COD Handling Fees of Rs. 49 which goes to  our Courier Partner as COD Handling Fees.

How we know Trend In Need got out payment when done by prepaid option & how our orders confirm?

Once Payment is done you have to upload payment screen shot on your dashboard my purchase option or you can share screenshot on Whatsapp help line number 9511675301. You can check status of your order from the same My purchase page. Once order is confirmed and ready to ship customer will get call from our shipping partner.

What are return policy? What is the procedure of raising return request?

Any of the following quality issue in product ordered can be requested for return. Return request should be made within 2 days of product delivered on our helpline  number.

  1. Poor material / product quality
  2. Color mismatch
  3. Wrong Size Send
  4. Print mismatch
  5. Fabric mismatch
  6. Defective/ Broken products
  7. Wrong product delivered
  8. Missing item in order

Procedure :

To process a return request, the product should be in unused/ undamaged condition!

  1. We request Customers to kindly make video while opening the parcel. if there is any damage and missing items it will be clear from the video.
  2. Send that video to our help line Whatsapp number. Once verified & approved pack the parcel and keep ready for pickup. You can check the status in Customer panel.
  3. Once the return product is delivered back to us, the full amount will be credited in your account.

How to raise delivery issues?

Simple contact our help line share your order details, we will contact our courier partner. You can check all your open issues  status in your Customer panel.

When we Call Helpline Number a Complaint Number is given what is it for?

Complaint number help us to keep record & Current status of  your issue and when you follow up you don’t have to repeat full details every time you call. All your details will be saved.
