Shipping Policy

  1. How many days does it take Trend In Need to ship the ordered product?

To take utmost care of product finishing and quality check it takes at least 3 to 5 days to ship the ordered product.  In Case of hand made products like hand painted dress material, Block printed dress material dispatch may delay due to bad weather conditions.


Refund Policy

  • How many days does it take Trend In Need to refund the product returned?

Refund will be initiated once your order reached back to our warehouse & is checked for quality it can take 7-10 days.

  •  Do we get the full amount refund for the product returned?

In case of product returned due to change of mind (i.e. no issue in the product send) Refund will be done after deducting forward and return shipping charges. In case of Cash on Delivery payment, COD Charges will also be deducted from the amount paid. 
Incase of Cash on Delivery Order refund will be done in the bank account details that will shared to support team after product deliver back to us.
Incase of Prepaid order refund will be done in the original payment method used while placing order. Refund will be initiated with 24-48hrs once product delivered back and quality check done. It may take 7 business days to reflect in customers bank account. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Note: Return on Linen, Linen Cotton, Pure Cotton ikkat Print, Tie Dye Sarees, Sarees Which are specially made by dying the color no Return in case of no issue and just because not like or change of mind. Only if any manufacturing defect or issue in the product. The issue should be immediately shared on the WhatsApp number support 8421944305.
