You can contact our customer support to cancel the order. In case of prepared order, 100% refund will be transferred to Trend in Need wallet which be used for future purchase. In case of COD order, order cancelation can be informed via WhatsApp or through call.
Trend In Need will happily accept returns because of a change of mind as long as asking to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of the item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in a very resalable condition. In case of change of mind forward & return shipping will be paid by the customer. Customers need to do self shipping of the return product. Trendinneed can arrange the return shipping for Customer but the Shipping cost will be paid by the Customer. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to your bank account.
