What's the Support system of Trendinneed? How do I get my queries solved?
- Before Placing any Order: For any query about products before placing the order, customers can contact us on our WhatsApp Support number +918421944305.
- After Order is Placed: Trendinneed takes utmost care of its Customer from the day Order is Placed till its Successfully Delivered. A Personal Support Executive and a Support number will be provided to the Customer once the order is placed.
How Much Shipping Cost does Trendinneed Charge for each Product?
Trendinneed Offer Free Shipping PAN India on all its Products Trendinneed Offer Free Shipping Policy.
How Many Days Does It Take to Deliver the Product?
Normally it takes 5 to 7 days to deliver But Due to Covid 19 Lockdown, Night & Weekend Curfew in many States, it may take from 7 to 9 days to deliver the Product.
What's the Dispatch Time?
To take utmost care for finishing and quality of the product it takes at least 3 to 5 days to dispatch the products.
How to cancel order and get money refund?
You can contact our customer support to cancel the order as long as order is in Processing/Ready to Ship status. In case of prepaid order, Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
What if you do not like the Product and want to return or exchange?
- Trend In Need will happily accept returns because of a change of mind as long as asking to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in a very resalable condition. In case of change of mind forward & return shipping will be paid by the customer. In case return shipping is not available in the Pin code by Trend In Need Courier Partner then customers need to do self-shipping of the returned product. Trend In Need can arrange the return shipping for available pin codes for the Customer but the Shipping cost will be paid by the Customer. Return Shipment done by Trend In Need takes at least 10-12 days to Deliver back to our warehouse and once delivered Quality Check will be done which takes 24-48hrs. Once the Product is accepted and passed in quality check refunds will be processed. The total process will take at least 15 days of time.
- In Case the Customer wants to return the product then In Case of Cash on Delivery order refund will be initiated in the Customers bank account which they will provide to the customer support team. Refund to the bank takes 24-48hrs once the refund is processed. In Case of Prepaid order refund will be initiated in the original payment method which may takes 10-12 days to credit in customer account.
- In case of an Exchange refund amount will be Credited to the Trend In Need wallet which customers can use to place their next order. Trend In Need will refund or credit the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. In the case of Cash on Delivery COD Charges will also not be refunded.
Note: Products Like Linen, Linen Cotton, Pure Cotton ikkat Print, Tie Dye Sarees, Any Hand Dye Sarees like Banarasi Semi Georgette, Banarasi Linen Sarees which are especially made on order are not returnable or exchange if no issue in product send. We Request kindly check with support team if any further query about any product return policy before making the purchase.
What's the return policy if any issue in the product received?
Trend In Need Provides 7 Days Hassle-free Return Policy for all the Products. Any of the following quality issues in the product ordered can be requested for return. Return requests should be made within 7 days of the product being delivered on our helpline WhatsApp number +918421944305 by sharing the image of the product received.
- Poor material/product quality
- Color mismatch
- Wrong Size Send
- Print mismatch
- Fabric mismatch
- Defective/ Broken products
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing item in order
We only ask that you simply don't use the merchandise and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. you're welcome to trial a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

How do I inform Trendinneed about any Issue in Product ? How do I Return/ Exchange my Order?
You Can simply inform us on our Whatsapp Support Number +918421944305 about the issue in the product that you want to return. Kindly do provide an Image of the product received. Our Whatsapp Support team will guide you further.
How do I get my amount Refund for the Product that has been Returned back? OR When do I get my amount Refund?

In What Cases Trendinneed can Reject the Refund?
Trend In Need may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Trend In Need to a claim against you.

Kindly note, few categories like Dupatta, lining material are not included in the discount offer.
In Case any product not available or has issue to dispatch from our end then discount will be available as per quantity ordered and not as per quantity dispatched.
In Case products received have some manufacturing defect, wrong product send, or issue and customer want to return or exchange the product than Discount will be applicable as per quantity ordered.
In Case Customer wants to return Discount offer products just because not liked the product or not satisfied from the product then discount will be applicable as per quantity accepted by the customer. Return product will not be added in the discount offer. Example if 6 products are ordered and the customer returns 2 products. So the discount applicable will be as per 3 products not as per 6 products.
Trend In Need reserves all right to change or stop Discount offers anytime without any prior notice.
