SHIPPING POLICY

Estimate dispatch & delivery time:

At Trend In Need, we're committed to providing you with the best possible service, which includes ensuring that your order is dispatched as quickly as possible. As most of our products are made to order, we estimate a dispatch time of approximately 3-4 days. However, in the case of hand-painted or hand-dyed products, delays may occur due to unforeseen events or unfavorable weather conditions. Rest assured that you can always check the estimated dispatch time before placing your order. Please note that we are currently unable to accommodate any urgent orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, we use trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart Etc for delivery. The estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 days from the date of dispatch. Currently, we do not offer any services to expedite the delivery of orders. However, if we do introduce such a service in the future and your area pincode is serviceable, we will notify you promptly.

Cancellations Policy

  • Cancellation of prepaid products is not applicable for domestic and international orders. In case of any delay in Delivery due to intransit unavoidable situation order cancellation will not be applicable.
  • Postpaid orders can be canceled until the product is in processing status. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
  • To request a cancellation for postpaid orders, please contact us via info@trendinneed.com or +91  9511675301.
  • Customers should carefully read and accept the cancellation policy before making a purchase.

Return and Exchange Policy of Trend In Need

At Trend In Need, we're committed to providing our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience, which includes a flexible return policy. We understand that sometimes, products may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. In such cases, we offer returns in the following scenarios:

- Clearly defective or damaged products

- Receipt of the wrong product

- Products received that are different from the images on the website in terms of colour, design, fabric, or quality

We strive to make the return process as smooth as possible. Our team will guide you through the process and help resolve any issues you may have.

Color Variation:

  • Note that colors mentioned on product page are the Color family the product belongs not the exact shade of the product.
  • Variation may or may not be seen in the color of original product and the image of product seen in the website due to photographic lighting effects.
  • Color variation is not considered as an issue to return or exchange the product, unless a totally different color is sent. We kindly ask our customers to keep this in mind when shopping with us

Issues with Product/Delivery:

  • Reach out to Trend In Need Support Team on WhatsApp number +91  9511675301 or email address info@trendinneed.com with Photograph of original image and video of product within 48 hrs of receiving shipment.

Return Pick-up & Shipment:

  • Return pick-up will be facilitated by the customer care team within 3 business days from the date of return/exchange confirmation.
  • Capture picture/video while handing over to courier person & get return pickup acknowledgement receipt from him/her.
  • Do not return products through any personal mode other than provided by Trend In Need as this may hamper/delay the refund process.
  • Return shipment done by Trend In Need takes 10-12 days to deliver while quality check takes 24-48 hrs total refund process takes 15 days.

Internal Checks & False Complaints:

  • Products returned must be in original condition, unused, tags/labels intact & box/courier bag it was delivered in else refund delayed or not processed.
  • False, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding delivery/quality do not qualify for refund/replacement

How To initiate  Return

  1. Customers can contact Trend In Need Support Team on WhatsApp number +91  9511675301 or email address info@trendinneed.com for any issues within 48 hrs of receiving the shipment, and a return pick-up will be facilitated by Trend In Need customer care team with 3 business days from the date of return/exchange confirmation.
  2. Customers should capture a picture/video of the product while handing it over to the courier person and get a return pickup acknowledgement receipt from them.
  3. Customers are requested not to return the products through any personal mode other than the return facility provided by Trend In Need as this may delay the refund/ exchange process.
  4. Return Shipment done by Trend In Need takes 10-12 days to deliver back to their warehouse and quality check will be done afterwards which will take 24-48 hrs, and refunds will be processed at least 15 days after that.
  5. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be initiated in customers' bank account which they can provide on our email address/WhatsApp number, taking 24-48 hrs for credit in customer account; for Prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated in original payment method taking 10-12 days for credit; for Exchanges, refund amount will be credited to Trend In Need wallet which customers can use to place their next order.

In order to ensure that the refund or exchange process runs smoothly, customers are requested to take a few extra steps. Firstly, they should confirm that the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact. If applicable, any freebies or accessories received along with the product should also be included in the return package. Customers must make sure to include their name, address, phone number , and order number with the return shipment. Once done, customers can contact Trend In Need customer service team on WhatsApp number +91  9511675301 or email address info@trendinneed.com to initiate the return/exchange process.

It is important to note that the Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging with all tags intact. If applicable, any freebies or accessories received along with the product must also be included in the return package. Furthermore, customers need to provide their name, address, phone number, and order number with the return shipment for a hassle-free return/exchange experience.

Once the return process has been initiated, customers should securely pack  the product and affix a valid shipping label to it. They should also ensure that all documents related to their return are included in the package. Customers may take help from their local post office or courier service provider to ship back the product. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless instructed otherwise by Trend In Need .

To process a refund, the returned product will go through several internal checks.

- The product must be returned in its original condition and should not have been used or washed.

- All original tags, labels, and folds should be intact on the product.

- The product should be returned with the box or courier bag in which it was delivered.

- Please note that if the returned product does not meet any of these criteria, the refund may be delayed or not get processed at all.


Refund Process & Timeline

  • In case Cash on Delivery order, refund will be initiated in customer bank account provided on email address or WhatsApp number. Refund 24-48 hrs once processed.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be made to the same issuing bank and payment mode used at the time of placing the order. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the product at Trend In Need. The refunded amount may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • If the refund does not reflect within 15 days of initiating it, customers can raise a chargeback with their bank. Customers are encouraged to reach out to us first to resolve payment or refund concerns quickly.

Note: Baseless or frivolous complaints related to delivery or product quality will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. 

Any disputes or discrepancy in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts, tribunals, foram, applicable authorities at Mumbai. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Mumbai.
