Shipping Policy:

• Estimated dispatch time: 3-4 business days for most products (may vary for hand-painted/hand-dyed items).
• Delivery time: 5-7 business days from dispatch via trusted courier partners, including Delhivery, DTDC, and Blue Dart.
• Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. 
  Note: For COD orders, confirmation is required via WhatsApp or Email. If not confirmed within 7 days, the order will be placed on hold and may be automatically cancelled.
• We do not offer expedited services at this time, but we will notify customers if we introduce them in the future.

Cancellation Policy:

• Prepaid orders (domestic and international) cannot be cancelled.
• Postpaid orders can be cancelled only while in processing status; cancellations are not allowed once the order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy:

• Returns are accepted only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Missing item(s)

  • Incorrect items received

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike

  • Minor colour or design variations in handcrafted items

  • Any issue not caused by our error

• To initiate a return:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery

  • Share clear photos and videos of the product issue

  • Take a photo or video while handing the parcel to the courier partner

  • Collect a pickup receipt from the courier partner as proof of return

  • If the courier does not seal and scan the parcel in front of you, please insist on it or report it immediately

  • In case the returned product does not match the item originally shipped to you, or if the product is tampered with, Trend In Need will not be responsible for any refund

• False or baseless claims will not be eligible for return or replacement

Refund Process & Timeline:

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be processed to your bank account within 24–48 hours after the product is received and verified

• For Prepaid orders:

  • Refund will be processed within 2 business days

  • It may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account

• If the refund is delayed beyond 15 days, you are advised to raise a chargeback request with your bank

❌ Non-Refundable Charges

• Original shipping cost, unless the product was damaged or incorrect

🔁 Coupon Code Refunds (If applicable)

• • Coupon codes provided in place of refunds are valid for 1 year from the issue date

  • After 1 year, the coupon will expire automatically

  • No extensions or reactivation of expired coupons will be provided

  • Trend In Need will not be responsible for unused/expired codes

*All refunds  & exchanges are subject to successful quality checks of the returned product.

Return Shipment:

• Trend In Need will arrange return shipment and may take 10-12 days for delivery.
• Once received, a quality check will be completed within 24-48 hours, and refunds will be processed within 15 days.
• For exchanges, a coupon code will be issued for the value of the returned product, which can be used for future purchases

Colour Variations:

• Colours shown on the website represent the colour family of the product, not the exact shade.
• Slight colour variations due to lighting or photographic effects are not considered defects.
• Returns/exchanges for colour differences will only be accepted if the wrong colour was sent.

RTO (Return to Origin) Orders:

• If a COD order is refused or undelivered, Cash on Delivery will be disabled for all future orders from the customer.

• If a prepaid order is refused or undelivered, the shipping cost will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded via a coupon code for future use.

• 🚫 Open Delivery Policy (For All Orders)

  • Open delivery is strictly not allowed, whether the order is Cash on Delivery or Prepaid.

  • Neither Trend In Need nor our courier partners permit customers to open or inspect the parcel before accepting it.

  • If the customer opens the parcel at the time of delivery without authorisation:

    • Trend In Need will not be responsible for any issues such as damaged, missing, or tampered items.

    • No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.

Discount Offers Terms:

• Discounts apply only during the promotion period and may not include categories like Dupatta or lining materials.
• If a product is unavailable, discounts will apply based on the ordered quantity, not the dispatched quantity.
• If products are returned, discounts will be adjusted based on the number of accepted products, not the original quantity ordered.
• Trend In Need reserves the right to change or stop discounts at any time without prior notice.

Jurisdiction:

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts and authorities in Mumbai.
